About The Position

Litigation Associate needed for Las Vegas Law firm with 3-5 years of experience practicing law with recent general/business litigation experience. This Attorney will also handle Construction cases as well.

This is a long-standing (over 4 decades) law firm, with offices in California as well. Having a California license to practice law is a plus; however, is not a requirement.

Requirements

• Licensed to practice law in Nevada
• 3-5 years of practicing law
• Recent experience in general/business litigation
• Experience in Construction law preferred
• Excellent research, writing and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Legal Research and writing
• Attend court hearings, conferences and client meetings
• Negotiate settlements
• Conduct Depositions
• Attend and represent clients in Mediation and Settlement Conferences
