About The Position

Lewis Brisbois, a full-service Am Law 100 firm, is actively seeking a litigation attorney to join its Providence, RI office. This role offers the opportunity to work on a variety of cases, including admiralty, general liability, and employment law. The ideal candidate will have at least two (2) to fifteen (15) years of civil litigation experience and should have experience managing all aspects of discovery, as well as outstanding research, brief writing, and oral advocacy skills. We are looking for candidates who want significant responsibility to handle court appearances, depositions, motion practice, and case files independently. Admission to the Rhode Island Bar and Massachusetts Bar is required.

Requirements

• At least two (2) to fifteen (15) years of civil litigation experience
• Experience managing all aspects of discovery
• Outstanding research, brief writing, and oral advocacy skills
• Admission to the Rhode Island Bar
• Admission to the Massachusetts Bar
