About The Position

An established, multi-state real estate and creditors' rights law firm is seeking a qualified associate attorney to support its Florida practice. Requirements

Member and in good standing of the Florida State Bar.
3+ years of experience in real estate, civil litigation, and/or creditors’ right practice.
Willing and able to proactively utilize the Firm’s case management and reporting software to actively manage assigned matters.
Strong foundation in civil procedure, motions practice and loss mitigation.
Knowledge of Title & Lien Priority, Title Claim, Foreclosure, Eviction, TILA, RESPA, FDCPA, and the creditors’ rights practice generally.
Commitment to superior client care and proactive communication.
Self-starter.
Enjoy working in a collaborative environment.
Demonstrate exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

Nice To Haves

Additional Bar licenses are a plus.

Responsibilities

Proactively utilize the Firm’s case management and reporting software to actively manage assigned matters.
Handle matters with a strong foundation in civil procedure, motions practice and loss mitigation.
Perform court appearances.
Engage in some attendant travel.
