About The Position

MGC is an industry-leading civil litigation firm with 31 years of experience and 22 offices across 12 states. We are seeking attorneys to join our Litigation team in Wilmington, NC. Remote/hybrid options will be considered after training and integration with the team. The ideal candidates will have at least 3 years of practice experience. Responsibilities

• Assess new files to establish action plans, budgets, and recommendations.
• Identify pleading requirements and delegate tasks to paralegals as needed.
• Prepare discovery responses and manage document production.
• Attend depositions, hearings, and other discovery events, providing thorough reports.
• Negotiate settlements, secure authority, and prepare for trial as necessary.
• Maintain regular communication with paralegals and legal assistants.
