About The Position
Marks, O’Neill, O’Brien, Doherty & Kelly (“MOODK”) is a mid-sized, regional firm specializing in general liability, professional liability, and toxic tort litigation. They are seeking experienced attorneys to join their team in the Manhattan, NY office. The firm offers a challenging opportunity within a flexible, collegial, and collaborative environment, providing meaningful work to expand professional experience. The position can be filled in a full-time remote, hybrid, or onsite capacity.
Requirements
- Current and active NY Bar membership in good standing
- Up to 7 years’ litigation experience preferred, preferably in NY but open to all candidates with relevant skills
- Superior written and oral communications skills
- Strong organization and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and LexisNexis
- Familiarity with Case/File Management systems
- The ability to track billable hours strongly preferred
