About The Position

The Litigation Assistant will manage a caseload of 50-80 personal injury cases, ensuring all aspects of litigation are handled efficiently and effectively. This role requires accurate tracking of case data in Filevine, preparation of trial binders, and management of case documents in a digital, paperless environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a solid understanding of personal injury cases, particularly those involving motor vehicle accidents.

Requirements

Minimum of 2 years of experience, preferably in a plaintiff’s personal injury law firm
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills on the phone, in person and email
Excellent time management, multi-tasking, and critical thinking abilities
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Case Management software (Filevine preferred)
High School Diploma or GED required

Responsibilities

Possess a working knowledge of personal injury cases in all phases of litigation.
Effectively manage a case load of 50 - 80 cases.
Accurately track case data in case management software, Filevine.
Ability to operate in a 'paperless' environment, and to organize, distribute case documents digitally.
Responsible for preparing for and assembling Trial Binders and other case documents.
