About The Position

The Litigation Assistant (LA) position is an excellent opportunity for recent college graduates or young professionals to gain hands-on experience in the fields of complex international civil and criminal financial litigation. LAs immediately become key members of case teams, often working directly alongside or in collaboration with the firm’s attorneys and balancing both long-term organizational responsibilities and substantive ad hoc tasks. LAs also support pro bono, knowledge management, and global business development to drive the ﬁrm’s practice and product innovation forward. As an LA, you’ll work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment where your responsibilities adapt to the needs of each case team. This variety offers continual opportunities for learning and developing as a professional in the legal field.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree from a four-year university with a strong academic record (required)
Ability to work outside standard business hours as needed, including late nights, weekends, and holidays, depending on assignments (required)
Demonstrated skills in teamwork, communication, organization, attention to detail, and creative and anticipatory thinking
Strong work ethic, proactivity, and an ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Must remain with the firm for a minimum of two years
