About The Position

Brainspring Learning Centers, the leaders in Structured Literacy, is seeking motivated, dedicated, enthusiastic people who are passionate about making a difference, to tutor students of all ages and abilities. Brainspring Tutoring services support struggling readers and students seeking enrichment in any academic subject. With a commitment to research-based practices and ongoing support, we strive to create a community of educators and tutors who are skilled, confident, and passionate about making a difference in their students' lives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or near completion of degree required (Education related preferred).
• Available to tutor after school and/or on Saturday.
• Able to attend all 30 hours of professional development in Brainspring's nationally accredited reading curriculum, Phonics First®.
• All candidates are subject to a background check.
