About The Position

This role is for a Liquor Support - Seasonal position, functioning as a Stocker in the Liquor Section of a State Liquor Store. The individual will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the liquor department. Key duties involve ordering, stocking, pricing, product rotation, merchandising, record keeping, inventory management (Backstock Control), scanner maintenance, maintaining cleanliness, and engaging with customers on the sales floor. Secondary responsibilities include related tasks as needed, with a focus on educating consumers and suggestive selling.

Requirements

• Must be available to be scheduled 10+hrs a week, including nights and weekends, based on department needs.
• Repetitive lifting to 50#; occasional lifting to 80#.
• Customer service orientation.
• Communication skills.
• Able to work with minimal supervision.
• Organizational ability.
• Reliable; dependable.

Nice To Haves

• Alcohol sales experience preferred.
