Requirements

• One year as a Liquor Store General Manager 3B
• Two years as a Liquor Store General Manager 3A
• Three years as a Liquor Store General Manager 2B
• Four years as a Liquor Store Assistant Manager 3 or a Liquor Store General Manager 2A
• Seven years of supervisory retail sales work
• Meet the PA residency requirement
• Be able to perform essential job functions
• Pass a background investigation
• No felony conviction within the last ten years of the prospective date of employment

Responsibilities

• Guide store operations and support daily tasks that keep the business running smoothly
• Support staff through training, feedback, and clear communication
• Assist customers and ensure they receive helpful and friendly service
• Monitor stock levels and maintain organized product displays
• Promote sales efforts and help maintain a clean and welcoming store environment
• Follow laws and company policies related to alcohol sales
