About The Position

This part-time position, based on 10-20 hours per week, involves providing excellent customer service in a liquor store environment. The role requires maintaining a well-merchandised department, managing inventory, and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies. The successful candidate will also be responsible for upholding safety standards and completing required training.

Requirements

  • Valid ProServe Certification
  • Ability to work days, evenings and weekends
  • Previous experience in customer service is an asset

  • Committed to providing excellent customer service to our member-owners as well as internal customers

Responsibilities

  • Providing customers with excellent, efficient, courteous service
  • Provide a neat, clean, fresh and well merchandised department
  • All duties associated with inventory stocking and taking inventory counts
  • Compliance with government standards and AGLC regulations that apply to the Camrose Liquor store
  • Complete up-to-date in-house training and certifications via e-learning courses
  • Alert for the unauthorized removal of merchandise and equipment
  • Ensure the quality and condition of all merchandise meets the store’s standards.
  • Follow all cleaning and maintenance schedules.
  • Compliance with all Safety policies and procedures and look out for the safety of others
  • Adhere to all Wild Rose Co-op policies and procedures
