About The Position

At U.S. Bank, Product Managers are customer-focused leaders who drive product vision, strategy, and execution to deliver meaningful client and business outcomes. As a Treasury Product Manager within Treasury & Payment Solutions, you will lead and evolve a portfolio of liquidity and account management solutions, including Liquidity Manager, Zero Balance Accounts (ZBAs), and Focal Point Plus. This role is responsible for optimizing existing capabilities, enhancing client experience, and supporting growth across key treasury products.

Requirements

  • 5-7 years of product management experience, preferably in financial services or treasury products

Responsibilities

  • Own and manage a portfolio of treasury products, including Cash forecasting and Zero Balance Accounts
  • Partner with Sales, Relationship Managers, and clients to understand needs and identify enhancement opportunities
  • Define and execute product strategy, roadmap, and priorities aligned to business goals
  • Drive product lifecycle management from enhancements and releases through ongoing optimization
  • Support go-to-market strategies, including positioning, training, and sales enablement
  • Partner with technology, operations, and risk teams to deliver product enhancements and maintain strong controls
  • Monitor product performance & financials, client adoption, and client feedback to inform improvements
  • Lead issue resolution and coordinate with internal and external partners (including vendors where applicable)
  • Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve client and internal user experience
  • Ensure alignment with regulatory, risk, and compliance requirements
