Crystal Finishing Systems is seeking a skilled Liquid/Powder Painter for their 1st shift team in River Falls, WI. Responsibilities

• Applies liquid or powder paint to product surfaces.
• Obtains production schedule from lead and gathers coatings for each run.
• Performs color changes based on production schedule.
• Appropriately mixes paints and solvents.
• Performs light maintenance and preventative maintenance on paint booths and equipment.
• Inspects product for quality issues.
• Rotates to different stations within the paint booth.
• Can locate, read, comprehend and execute proper work instructions.
• Establishes efficient workflow based on product and task.
• Efficiently uses painting materials and other supplies and notifies the correct person when supplies run low.
• Properly wears required Personal Protective Equipment.
