About The Position
At Intelliforce, we support mission infrastructure that has to be available, reliable, and ready around the clock. In this role, you will join the Bulk Data Transport Team supporting the FASTCONDUIT contract, which delivers enterprise-scale corporate data transport and messaging services that are critical to national security. You will help develop, deploy, and support worldwide high-performance bulk data transport services for the IC and enterprise partners. This is a strong fit for someone who enjoys Linux, operational support, and keeping high-availability systems moving. You will support services used across a worldwide enterprise environment, with work spanning Linux administration, application support, and data flow operations. Requirements
- Top Secret Clearance with Polygraph, must be active.
- Must be a U.S. Citizen.
- 5 years of Systems Administration experience
- Basic to strong Linux skills
- Required Certification: IAT Level 1
- On-call support is required
- Strong Linux experience
- Linux command line system administration
- Application administration
- Data flow administration
- Ability to support high-availability, reliable, fault-tolerant enterprise services
- Ability to work in a Contractor SCIF in Columbia
- Ability to support 6 a.m. to 6 p.m. team coverage and periodic after-hours call-in support
Nice To Haves
- Experience supporting enterprise messaging or bulk data transport services
- Experience working in worldwide operational environments
- Ability to ramp into on-call support after training
- Strong collaboration and operational troubleshooting skills
Responsibilities
- Support worldwide enterprise-scale bulk data transport and messaging services
- Perform Linux command line system administration in a mission-focused environment
- Support application administration and data flow administration across operational services
- Help develop, deploy, and sustain high-performance bulk data transport capabilities
- Troubleshoot system and service issues during core coverage hours and on-call rotations
- Work with teammates to maintain availability, reliability, and fault tolerance across the platform
- Contribute to operational support for IC and enterprise mission partners
