This position provides support for the implementation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of IT systems. Responsibilities include managing IT system infrastructure and executing processes associated with system operations. The administrator will support day‑to‑day activities such as monitoring, problem resolution, and overall system performance across client, server, storage, network, and mobile environments. Additional duties include providing Tier 1 and Tier 2 troubleshooting support, assisting with user access, and coordinating escalation and status communications with management and internal customers. The role includes configuring and managing UNIX and Windows operating systems, installing and maintaining operating system software, ensuring system integrity, configuring network components, and implementing enhancements to improve system performance and reliability.
