About The Position

NTT DATA is seeking a Linux Server Administrator to support enterprise Linux and production infrastructure. The role involves troubleshooting operating-system, service, network, storage, permissions, capacity, and connectivity issues; applying patches and security remediation; managing certificates and trust chains; provisioning and configuring servers; validating changes; and safely retiring end-of-life infrastructure with limited supervision.

Preferred experience includes supporting server-hosted enterprise platforms and their database connectivity, middleware or runtime dependencies, credentials, certificates, patches, upgrades, and environment refreshes. Additional differentiators include installing and troubleshooting middleware components and using logs, metrics, alerts, health checks, and capacity data to diagnose and prevent service issues.

Requirements

• Demonstrated hands-on experience supporting enterprise Linux and production infrastructure.
• Ability to troubleshoot operating-system, service, network, storage, permissions, capacity, and connectivity issues.
• Experience applying patches and security remediation.
• Experience managing certificates and trust chains.
• Experience provisioning and configuring servers, validating changes, and retiring end-of-life infrastructure with limited supervision.

• Experience supporting Oracle-based enterprise platforms.
• Experience installing and upgrading middleware.
• Experience with monitoring, observability, and performance engineering.
• Experience supporting server-hosted enterprise platforms with database connectivity, middleware or runtime dependencies, credentials, certificates, patches, upgrades, and environment refreshes.
• Experience using logs, metrics, alerts, health checks, and capacity data to diagnose and prevent service issues.
