About The Position

We are currently looking for someone comfortable working from 1pm-930pm. An HHS (Hospital Housekeeping Systems) Linen Technician manages the daily laundry cycle in a healthcare facility. They are responsible for processing, sorting, folding, and delivering clean linens to hospital units to maintain specific par levels, while simultaneously collecting soiled linens.

Requirements

Must be at least 17 years old.
Communicate effectively in English and work well in a team environment.
Must practice good personal hygiene, be neatly groomed, and be in uniform.

Nice To Haves

Housekeeping experience (cleaning, environmental services, custodian, janitorial, room attendant, floor care technician, hotel operations, healthcare, laundry)

Responsibilities

Support the housekeeping team to process, distribute, and collect linen throughout the hospital.
Provide excellent quality linen that supports a safe, clean, and comfortable environment where patients can heal.
Fill and deliver clean linen carts daily to established par levels and record data.
Collect soiled linen and deliver it to a designated pick-up area.
Record linen usage and maintain accurate inventory records.
Ensure linen quality is satisfactory, and report any quality issues.
Monitor and maintain cleanliness of assigned areas.
Follow all HHS linen procedures and best practices.
Provide friendly and kind service to all individuals in the hospital.
Assist team members and management as needed to help the department operate efficiently.
