About The Position

This role is responsible for performing various functions within the Linen Department, including counting returned linens, restocking supplies, preparing packs, and making deliveries according to established procedures. The position operates within Froedtert Hospital and is a full-time, on-site position with standard hours of 40 per week. The shift is from 5:00 am to 1:30 pm, with rotating holidays and every other weekend work required. The Froedtert & the Medical College of Wisconsin regional health network is a partnership focused on patient care, innovation, research, and education, operating eastern Wisconsin's only academic medical center and adult Level I Trauma center.

Requirements

• Works well in a team environment
• Meets expectations of hospital needs in an active work environment
• Ability to adapt to changing daily needs based on hospital needs
• Ability to follow instructions in the use of: Computer, hand held palms, and heat transfer machine

Nice To Haves

• High School diploma or equivalent is preferred
• Knowledge of Linen Department techniques and computer functions preferred
