Responsibilities
- Performs linen handling functions including cart preparation, distribution of clean linen to user departments, pack making and soiled linen pick-up.
- Folding linen.
- Filling linen carts to pre-determined par levels and delivering linen carts to various departments throughout the hospital.
- Restocking linen shelves.
- Collect soiled linen from different departments.
- Folding scrubs.
- Loading the scrub machine.
- Building Operating Room packs.
- Keeping the linen department clean and organized.
