About The Position

This is a full-time, year-round position for a Line Worker on the Pear Line at the Old Station Plant. The working shift is the Night Shift, with hours from 4:30 pm to 1:30 am, Monday through Friday. Hours may vary depending on production needs. The role involves sorting fruit by grade, color, and size, turning and repositioning fruit, and bagging, weighing, and boxing fruit. Other duties may be assigned.

Requirements

• Must know grades and varieties.
• Must be flexible with working schedule.
• Must be able to do repetitive work while putting attention to detail.
• Must be able to lift and push 75 lbs.
• Must be able to work on your feet 8 plus hours.
• Must have good communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Sorting fruit by grade, color and size.
• Turning and repositioning fruit onto trays/clam shells.
• Bagging, weighing and boxing fruit.
• Other duties may be assigned.
