About The Position

Join the Sweetest Team in Aurora! This is an entry-level position for a Food Production Line Worker on the 1st Shift (5:00 AM – 3:00 PM). Requirements

• Reliable transportation

Responsibilities

• Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) to keep everything safe and clean
• Build desserts according to clear instructions
• Meet production goals within the required time
• Maintain a tidy and clean organized work area
• Follow dress code & personal hygiene rules
• Report waste or any time you step off the line
• Protect food quality and safety throughout your shift
• Learn safety systems like SQF, HACCP, and GMP (training provided!)
• Follow company policies and assist with other tasks as needed
