About The Position

The Line Technician supports production operations by setting up, adjusting, monitoring, and troubleshooting production line equipment. This role helps ensure equipment runs safely and efficiently while supporting production goals, quality standards, and Good Manufacturing Practices.

Requirements

Ability to work 12-hour shifts.
English proficiency, spoken and written.
Mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot basic equipment issues.
Ability to stand, walk, bend, and work around moving equipment for extended periods.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs safely.
Demonstrated consistent work history and job longevity.
Basic math skills, including measurements, counts, percentages, and production-related calculations.
High school or equivalent (Required)
English (Required)

Nice To Haves

Previous manufacturing, machine operation, or production technician experience preferred.
Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.

Responsibilities

Set up, operate, and monitor production line equipment according to work instructions.
Perform basic adjustments to improve line performance and reduce downtime.
Assist with changeovers, product transitions, and equipment preparation.
Identify and report mechanical, quality, or safety concerns.
Support operators and line employees with equipment-related needs.
Perform basic troubleshooting when equipment is not running properly.
Document production activity, downtime, adjustments, and equipment concerns as required.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
Follow all safety, PPE, GMP, and company procedures.
Communicate with Maintenance, QA, Warehouse, and Production leadership as needed.
