About The Position
HM Richards is a financially stable, 27-year-old upholstery and furniture manufacturing company focused on expansion. Our company mission is to make beautiful furniture while constantly reducing our environmental footprint by using planet friendly materials and processes. We currently have openings for a Line Supply in our Guntown, MS location.
Requirements
- Previous relevant experience preferred
- Knowledge about assembly line type environment
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Able to submit to a Drug test and background investigation
- Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S.
Responsibilities
- Performs a variety of duties in the poly department, including receiving completed backs, ottomans, arms, seats, and pillows and arranging on the appropriate buggy. Once buggies are loaded accordingly, buggies are staged in the appropriate area, to be delivered to production lines.
- Assists supervisors, floats, etc, with supplying appropriate parts to appropriate production lines as needed.
- Communicates with supervisor as needed regarding questions or problems that occur while performing the job.
- Work closely with other employees to maintain a team atmosphere daily.
- Responsible for wearing appropriate PPE and keeping work area in a clean and orderly manner.
- Perform other duties as instructed by the supervisor.
