About The Position

This role is responsible for performing a variety of duties related to aircraft arrival and servicing, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining facility standards. The position operates on the 3rd shift, Tuesday through Saturday, from 9:00 PM to 5:00 AM. Responsibilities include guiding aircraft, fueling, assisting customers with luggage and transportation, performing facility inspections, and handling customer service duties specific to the night shift, such as processing invoices and managing cash drawers.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Must hold a valid driver’s license at all times
Must meet the requirements of Airport Authority to receive a badge and have no ramp restrictions.

Responsibilities

Perform duties related to aircraft arrival, including meeting aircraft, guiding pilots in parking, and setting wheel chocks.
Tow aircraft into service areas, hangars, customer hangars, or requested locations.
Fuel aircraft with appropriate fuel types, adhering to regulations and FAA guidelines.
Provide other customer services such as carrying/unloading luggage, arranging transportation, and cleaning aircraft.
Communicate customer service requests to the customer service department.
Perform facility inspections to ensure hangar doors are closed and equipment is secured.
Fuel vehicles and perform simple maintenance checks.
Communicate with other shifts for a smooth transition of duties.
Handle housekeeping duties in customer service lounge/line office areas, keeping them clean and clutter-free.
Handle 3rd shift customer service duties including invoices, credit card settlements, cash drawer counts, work log entry, and locking procedures.
Fuel commercial aircraft at airport terminals as required.
Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor/director.
