The FBO Line Services Manager is responsible for day to day overall management of the FBO services division including the fuel farm, line service personnel, inventories, properties, equipment, marketing, sales, customer service relationships, and adherence to company policies and procedures and safety standards for the department’s staff and our clients, customers and guests. This role also involves interacting with others in a professional and respectful manner, communicating and engaging with other company departments and employees as required, recommending process and communication improvements to management, ensuring regular and prompt attendance, and working with accuracy, clarity and an eye for detail.
