About The Position
As a Line Server, your top priority is serving great tasting food to customers, in accordance with Mama Margie’s standards. You must learn how to prepare each menu item and have pride in making every plates presentation perfect. Your duties include but are not limited to, preparing orders for customers, handling simple customer requests in a polite manner, restocking the serving line as needed, washing dishes and helping out in other positions as needed. You must following all sanitation and safety standards.
Requirements
- Dependability
- Good customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to handle multiple tasks at one time
- Ability to work harmoniously with other employees
- Ability to read order tickets (with or without corrective lenses)
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to stand up to 8 hours in length
- Ability to use motion that entails pushing, pulling, bending, stretching and continuous use of fingers and wrists
- Ability to tolerate extreme kitchen temperatures at times
