About The Position

Checks for satisfaction and effectively resolves service breakdowns when they exist. Promotes Total Rewards programs and card membership. Provides a warm farewell and thanks guests for visiting.

Responsibilities
- Responsible for setting up cafeteria line, displaying and serving hot and cold food on the line and maintaining clean and sanitary conditions.
- Responsible for maintaining a supply of hot and cold food at all times.
- Responsible for the cleanliness of food lines and assigned work area.
- Communicates all food problems to the restaurant management.
- Removes all dishes and replenishes food supply as necessary.
- Communicates to restaurant management the need for additional food items.
- Ability to stand for long periods of time.
- Ability to lift large trays of food.
