About The Position

Carlisle Construction Materials (CCM), a global leader in the building materials industry since 1917, is seeking an Operator to join their team in the Puyallup, WA facility. The Operator will be responsible for the production of Poly-ISO Insulation to published specifications. This role involves processing chemical at the foam head, operating the process control panel, understanding processing specifications, operating production equipment, and calculating output square feet, sheet length, and linear feet. The position also requires the ability to read gauges, meters, and tape measures.

Responsibilities

Set up, operate and maintain foam head area.
Check temperature and fluid level of head part cleaner.
Prepare and changing of head parts, nozzles and injectors.
Preparing facer rolls and doing facer splices.
Use of SAPI. Enter data and reading as outlined in document.
Inspect and maintain proper chemical laydown.
Communicate with other operators and supervisor on start-up and during production run.
Maintain head parts and associated equipment.
Produce product to specification with the use of operator run logs.
Changing chemical totes.
Shimming laminator.
Housekeeping of Plant inside and out.
Assist in training of new team members.
Support facer splices / facer change overs.
Fill in other areas of the plant as required.
