About The Position

The Social Content Studio Line Producer is a hands-on production role at the operational core of our content engine. You'll own the day-to-day coordination that keeps shoots on track, products organized, and productions running smoothly across Shark Beauty, Shark Home, and Ninja — working in close partnership with Social Content Studio Producers and Managers. This is a role for someone who brings structure to complexity, anticipates what's needed before anyone has to ask, and continuously improves the systems that keep the studio operating at its best.

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience in production coordination, studio operations, or a similar hands-on production role
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail — comfortable owning operational details regardless of scale
  • Fluent in social media platforms with a solid understanding of content types and production formats
  • A strong communicator who can manage multiple requests from multiple stakeholders simultaneously
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-volume environment where priorities can shift quickly — and able to make sound calls without always having complete information
  • Proactive and solutions-oriented — you spot problems early and bring fixes, not just flags
  • Proficiency with Google Drive, Dropbox, Wrapbook, and calendar management tools
  • Solid understanding of video production workflows (shoot → edit → delivery)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines without losing the details
  • Experience on social video shoots or in a content studio environment
  • Understanding of set etiquette and basic production equipment

Responsibilities

  • Own logistics coordination for social content shoots — scheduling, location booking, talent coordination, and equipment prep
  • Build and maintain production trackers, shot lists, call sheets, and run-of-show documents — keeping them accurate and accessible for the full team
  • Own sample tracking and product management for the team — overseeing product preparation and testing ahead of shoots
  • Own production timelines and proactively identify and resolve risks before they become blockers — escalating only when a decision requires senior input
  • Own the communication flow across the production team — ensuring priorities, updates, and changes are clearly and promptly shared
  • Serve as the primary day-to-day point of contact for talent, crew, and external vendors — managing relationships with professionalism and clear direction
  • Lead set logistics on shoot days — setup, breakdown, and real-time problem solving to keep productions on schedule
  • Manage production contracts, permits, and vendor paperwork — maintaining organized records and meeting deadlines
  • Support content capture as needed on set or in studio
  • Identify operational gaps and recommend process improvements that make productions run faster and more smoothly
  • Contribute to building and refining studio playbooks, templates, and workflows that scale across multiple simultaneous productions
  • Bring a continuous improvement mindset to every production — not just executing the process, but making it better
