Requirements

Previous experience as a line cook or prep cook preferred
Knowledge of various cooking techniques and food safety regulations
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Responsibilities

Prepare ingredients for cooking, including chopping vegetables, cutting meat, and gathering spices
Assist in the coordination and execution of catering events
Cook food according to recipes and guidelines provided
Ensure food is cooked to the appropriate temperature and quality standards
Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies
Clean and maintain work areas, utensils, and equipment
Follow all safety and sanitation procedures
