McCormick employs over 14,000 people globally and is seeking a Line Operator to join its Operations team at 600 Clarke Road, London, for the C Shift (11:00pm-7:20am, Monday-Friday).
Requirements
- OSSD diploma or equivalent and successful passing of basic qualification testing
- Ability to safely perform physical work, including, pushing, pulling, and lifting up to 60lbs repetitively
- Ability to work overtime and in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to identify work in process and packaging material problems
- Possess strong attention to detail, organization, and written and verbal communication skills
- Capability to complete training for McCormick certification for forklift

Responsibilities
- Supply and operate production lines
- Assist in change overs and complete required checklists
- Participate in Journey to Excellence and Total Preventive Maintenance initiatives
- Trouble shoot equipment issues and escalate when needed
- Make suggestions for line improvements
- Work safely and follow all in-place policies and procedures
