Requirements
- Two to three years of production line experience is required.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills are necessary.
- Must speak, read, and understand English for safety and communication.
- Able to read and document Safety Data Sheets and production records.
- Flexibility to work weekends as needed.
Responsibilities
- Adjust equipment such as sheeters, sifters, conveyors, guillotine, cutters, and v-mags as needed to maintain optimal production.
- Assemble and organize all equipment required for each product run.
- Record production speeds, weight checks, and other data accurately.
- Monitor and sustain production speeds according to the production schedule.
- Assist with changeover tasks, including preparation, cleaning, inspection, and equipment adjustments.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Promote safety and positivity on the production floor.
- Follow and enforce quality procedures to ensure product excellence.
