About The Position
We are seeking a Line Operator for a short-term opportunity. This role involves stacking pallets of finished products, organizing materials, and maintaining cleanliness throughout the shift. The environment is fast-paced and physically demanding.
Requirements
- Safety boots
- No jewelry
- No acrylic nails
- Lift up to 50 lbs
- Bending, standing, twisting for entire shift
- Work in temperature-fluctuating warehouse (±40 degrees)
Responsibilities
- Palletize finished goods
- Stage/organize packaging materials (trays, glue, labels, etc.)
- Assist with cardboard baler machine
- Dispose of production waste
- Maintain case coder (dates, placement, ink cartridges)
- Clear jams and reset basic machine faults
- Load materials into tray packer
- Install/adjust label rolls
- Verify lot numbers, case codes, and SKUs
- Maintain communication across departments
- Clean machinery before/during/after production
- Enter documentation into RedZone
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Wear PPE as required
- Reliable attendance is a must
- Work overtime/weekends as needed
