About The Position

Join Marvin Composites in Fargo, ND, as a Line Operator in our extrusion manufacturing facility with our night shift teams. In this vital Line Operator position, you'll oversee every facet of the manufacturing and production process, expertly managing raw materials, producing top-quality parts on our production line, and meticulously preparing finished goods for their journey to customers.

Requirements

• High school degree or GED
• Demonstrates effective communication and social skills
• Proven organizational and problem-solving skills are vital for success
• Desire and ability to learn and work with new technology
• Forklift certification or the ability to acquire certification

Responsibilities

• Ensure top-notch product quality through manufacturing checks
• Efficiently set up and shut down for seamless production operations
• Safely handle tooling and maintain a clean workspace
• Prepare raw materials to drive successful production orders
• Use a forklift as needed to move raw materials and/or finished goods within the manufacturing plant
• Proactively identify and resolve production issues to succeed in your role
