About The Position

The Operator II is responsible for supporting a variety of product assembly operations involving components, assemblies, and sub-assemblies. This position operates manufacturing equipment and machinery to produce quality products while meeting safety, productivity, and performance standards.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent required.
Ability to operate machines, tools, and manufacturing equipment.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Ability to work independently while following established procedures.
Basic problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Nice To Haves

1-2 years of manufacturing or production experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Operate a variety of automated machines used in the production of products and components.
Monitor production output and ensure daily production goals are achieved.
Inspect products and assemblies to verify conformance with quality standards and specified tolerances.
Report maintenance concerns related to tools, equipment, or machinery.
Follow established work instructions, safety procedures, and operational guidelines.
Support manufacturing operations and perform additional duties as assigned.
