Requirements

High School Diploma/GED or equivalent manufacturing experience.
Ability to read measurements and perform basic math calculations.
Basic computer and data entry skills; ERP experience is a plus.
Strong attention to detail, multitasking ability, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
Commitment to workplace safety and quality standards.
Ability to work overtime as needed.

Nice To Haves

Previous manufacturing or machine operation experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Operate press and mixing equipment to produce tile products according to production specifications.
Measure, weigh, mix, and load raw materials into molds following established formulas and procedures.
Inspect finished products for defects, proper thickness, size, and overall quality.
Prepare molds, trim finished products, and stack and label pallets for inventory and shipment.
Perform routine equipment inspections, basic preventive maintenance, and report maintenance concerns.
Maintain a clean and organized work area while following safety and quality standards.
Enter production data and assist with inventory tracking and documentation.
Cross-train and support other production functions as needed.
