The Packaging Line Operator I role contributes to this mission by operating packaging equipment, maintaining the packaging area, and ensuring product quality and safety compliance.
Requirements
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED) is required
- Minimum zero to two years related experience
Responsibilities
- Operates packaging equipment in accordance with established safety rules and regulations.
- Maintains packaging area in compliance with good housekeeping standards.
- Visually inspects and monitors the product to meet quality compliance during line operation.
- Packs miscellaneous products into displays or promotional shippers.
- Follows all safety procedures and rules as described in SOP's and training provided.
- Understand and comply with all safety, environmental and quality practices and procedures as outlined in organizational/departmental guidelines and SOPs as well as applicable federal, state and local regulations.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
