About The Position
The Line Leader will be responsible for operating a production line, adapting quickly to changing demands, and ensuring productivity and quality standards are met. This role involves problem-solving to support process flow and suggesting improvements. The Line Leader will also act as a backup for various workstations, train other team members, and assist in continuous improvement initiatives.
