About The Position

Midwest Staffing Group is looking for experienced individuals for a line lead position in Eden Prairie. This is a full-time position on the 3rd shift, which runs Sunday through Thursday, from 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM. The pay rate for this position is $22.00 - $23.00 per hour.

Requirements

• Diploma/GED Required.
• 2 to 3 years of Line Lead production experience in a GMP and FDA regulated environment.
• Drug test required (Non THC).

Nice To Haves

• Line Lead experience in a production/manufacturing environment, preferably in a GMP and FDA regulated environment.
• Prior training experience or ability to complete Train The Trainer certification.

Responsibilities

• Effectively perform set up, change over, troubleshoot and operate all production equipment.
• Maintain and improve production and quality standards.
• Create and maintain an area, ensuring safety of team associates.
• Ensure production associates have the tools to run a highly productive working line.
• Lead associates to greatness.
