Requirements

High School Diploma or Equivalent
Three to six months related experience or training in warehouse production
Safety sensitive position – ability to work in a constant state of alertness and a safe manner
Ability to work overtime and weekends as required based upon the needs of the business
Ability to effectively work in teams
Ability to work in a production-based environment with moving equipment and people
Ability to interact and communicate effectively with a wide variety of roles
Understanding of quality standards, methods and reporting as required
Ability to plan in advance for production in assigned
Ability to interpret instructions (both verbal and written)
Ability to produce and meet expectations at a high level through your staff
Ability to work with plant management for required results
Ability to understand all aspects of the WMS system
Ability to perform all computer functions as they pertain to this job

Responsibilities

Responsible for effectively ensuring company procedures and policies are being followed
Demonstrate commitment to safety and perform job duties in accordance with company safety policies and procedures
Demonstrate commitment to quality and perform job duties in adherence to GMP guidelines
Performs other duties as assigned by Supervisors/Managers
Responsible for training line workers in all aspects of production line work
Maintain a professional demeanor and performance in leadership of staff
Work in conjunction with other departments for positive production results
May work as a Quality Auditor and perform continuous inspection of product every hour or more frequently, depending on if the job is complex or critical in its design or use
Keep abreast of the rates of the jobs running on the production line
Perform all Warehouse Management System (WMS) functions as they pertain to this job
Understand department communication systems, schedules, time/attendance system and job reporting requirements
Responsible for reconciliation to ensure accuracy of job ensuring all paperwork is turned in a timely manner
