Requirements

Three to six months related experience or training in warehouse production.
Ability to understand all aspects of the WMS system.
Ability to understand quality standards, methods and reporting as required.
Ability to plan in advance for production in your area.
Ability to interpret instructions both oral and written.
Ability to produce at a high level through your staff.
Ability to work with plant management for required results.
Ability to process information and merchandise through computer system.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, SAP, and calculator.

Nice To Haves

High School Diploma/GED preferred.

Responsibilities

Operate a production line and supervise a staff.
Ensure an acceptable finished product is created.
Supervise staff with a professional attitude and performance.
Work in conjunction with other departments for positive production results.
Inspect product every hour or more frequently depending if the job is complex or critical in its design or use.
Train line workers in all aspects of production line work.
Maintain company safety environment.
Effectively manage company procedures and policies.
Comply with Company GMP’s (Good Manufacturing Practices) and maintain quality work and product.
