About The Position
The Line Lead (electronics) is responsible for organizing and delegating tasks to production line workers, inspecting products to ensure they meet company and industry standards, and training new staff on production line procedures and safety protocols. This role involves monitoring the production process, making necessary adjustments for efficiency, and ensuring all equipment is maintained and functioning properly. The Line Lead also implements and upholds safety regulations and quality control measures, maintains communication between management and production line workers, and manages the production schedule to meet production targets. Additionally, the position requires reporting and resolving any issues or disruptions, documenting production data, maintaining accurate records, and ordering necessary supplies for the production line.
