About The Position

In the role of Warehouse-Line Lead working in Albany, GA you will be part of the Warehouse team. You will lead, coach and motivate an operational team to ensure high quality products are produced safely and cost effectively through maximizing operational efficiency and continuous improvement of a process or system. Leverages Molson Coors World Class Supply Chain 2.0 principles and best work practices. This position reports to Sr Mgr Customer SErvice and Supply.

Requirements

  • BS or BA in Business, Logistics or related field or equivalent experience.
  • Knowledge and demonstrated capability of SAP.
  • Awareness of OSHA regulations, GMP, State Agricultural practices/policies, TTB regulations, plant safety regulations, FDA guidelines for food plant operations and environmental regulations regarding manufacturing brewery operations.
  • Experience with operation of high-speed packaging equipment, including awareness of Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) and Condition-Based Maintenance (CBM) routines and practices.
  • 3+ years of experience as a manufacturing/operations supervisor.
  • Ability to complete complex projects quickly and adeptly with an understanding of the business priorities.
  • Ability to build relationships and collaborate to get to the desired outcome.
  • Ability to take accountability for results – acting with integrity and honoring commitments.
  • A thirst for learning – always looking for ways to learn and help one another grow.

Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of 40 talented colleagues, and support their growth and development through career discussions and consistent one on one conversations.
  • Lead safety culture initiatives through support and participation.
  • Ensure team understands and adheres to the operational, quality and process standards (i.e. SOP’s, maintenance schedules and performance targets including V-curve and material usage standards).
  • Manage and maintain budget standards (e.g. labor, materials and product) and develop new methods for continuously improving on these standards.
