About The Position

This position is for a Line Lead role on the 1st Shift in Broken Bow, OK. The Line Lead will assist the Supervisor in coordinating daily departmental responsibilities, ensuring clear communication of instructions to team members, and monitoring equipment for proper function and maintenance needs. The role requires the ability to perform various physical tasks and maintain a safe work environment while adhering to all company policies and procedures. Responsibilities

Assist the Supervisor in coordination of daily responsibilities of the department.
Ensure the Supervisor’s instructions are communicated to team members and carried out timely and correctly.
Monitor all equipment to ensure it is working properly and notify the supervisor of any needed maintenance.
Demonstrate proficiency in all jobs in the department while maintaining a safe work environment.
Adhere to all Tyson policies and procedures.
