As we continue expanding and opening new locations, we are looking for individuals who are passionate about food, committed to consistency, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Requirements

• Prior kitchen or food service experience preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and consistency.
• Reliability and strong work ethic.
• Ability to follow direction and work as part of a team.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in Italian cuisine or scratch cooking.
• Familiarity with prep lists and line cooking.
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and busy service shifts.

Responsibilities

• Prepare ingredients and execute menu items according to recipes and standards.
• Assist with daily prep for sauces, proteins, pasta, and other menu items.
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and food safety standards.
• Work collaboratively with kitchen staff and leadership.
• Assist during service in a high-volume restaurant environment.
• Follow portioning and plating guidelines consistently.
