About The Position

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Line Cook to join our culinary team. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing delicious dishes from scratch, adhering to recipes and quality standards. You will work with a variety of ingredients and cooking equipment, ensuring that all food is prepared safely and presented beautifully. Maintaining a clean and organized workstation is crucial, along with following all sanitation and food handling guidelines.

Requirements

  • Ability to stand for long periods of time.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Nice To Haves

  • Speaking and understanding English is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare amazing dishes from scratch following recipes to produce consistent results.
  • Know and comply consistently with standard cooking methods, quality standards, and kitchen practices.
  • Cook a variety of meats, seafood, poultry, vegetables, and other food items using ovens, grills, fryers, and a variety of other kitchen equipment.
  • Portion all products, follow recipes, and ensure plate presentation looks great.
  • Follow sanitation standards, keep the workstation clean and organized, and follow all food handling standards.
