This role is built for a line cook who knows how to work clean, move fast, and stay sharp when the tickets start flying. You’ll take strong prep and turn it into consistently great plates, owning your station and helping the kitchen deliver food the right way every time. Requirements

• Line cook experience in a fast-paced kitchen is preferred

Responsibilities

• Work the line with speed, consistency, and attention to detail
• Own your station and keep it stocked, clean, organized, and ready for every rush
• Cook and plate menu items to recipe, portion, and presentation standards
• Turn prep into quality dishes that meet guest expectations and company standards
• Communicate with the kitchen team and move with urgency to keep service running smoothly
• Help with prep, line execution, and closing duties as needed
• Maintain food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards at all times
• Learn the menu and deliver every dish with confidence and consistency
• Stay flexible, focused, and ready to jump in wherever the team needs you
