Fancypants is East Nashville’s playful, vegetable-forward fine dining restaurant from the Honest to Goodness Hospitality team. Since opening in July 2024, we’ve earned a reputation for cooking that’s creative, seasonal, and seriously delicious—served in a space where fine dining is a little less serious and a lot more fun. We’re looking for experienced line cooks to join Chef Matthew Meeker’s kitchen. You’ll cook over a custom wood-burning Grill by Demant, work with produce from local farms, and help execute a prix fixe menu that changes with the seasons.
