We want team members who can handle the rush of a Saturday night, or open a kitchen to ensure the evening is amply prepared. Requirements

Responsibilities
- Ensure optimal level of sanitation and safety standards in work area at all times
- Monitor and maintain clean working area and cooking surfaces for food preparation
- Willing to adjust your schedule to help cover flex shifts or special events
- Maintain and operate all large cooking equipment such as pizza oven, dough roller, dough mixer, fryers
- Manage all food order slips, administer all verbal instructions, and perform all cooking requirements as per instructed
- Prepare all food materials required for cooking such as cutting vegetables, precooking meats, and making our special beer batter dough
- Monitor and ensure exact measurements of ingredients for all food items
- Prepare all package food items and ensure proper serving temperatures
