We are looking for two (2) part-time Line Cooks (1 AM, 1 PM) to join our team. Must be able to prep and cook, and learn all stations with restaurant and a la carte experience required. Experience with banquets and event execution is beneficial as well. Extended hours may be required based on business demands for that day, with weekend and holiday availability required. Performs all methods of cooking and portion control in accordance with hotel specifications. Must have working knowledge of all kitchen equipment, including but not limited to: ovens, grills, broilers, fryers, steam tables, mixers, knives, slicers, etc. Properly uses all kitchen equipment and ensures the proper and safe use of all equipment. Maintains the food line to ensure that all required items are properly stocked. Continuously stocks and restocks items as needed. Maintains the highest standards of cleanliness and sanitation of all cooking equipment used during the specified shift. Completes all assigned cleaning functions as specified by the supervisor during working shift. Responsible for ensuring that all food is properly handled and stored. Must wear the required uniform, must maintain a neat, clean, and well-groomed appearance. Previous experience as a Line/Prep Cook or experience in a full-service kitchen – minimum of 1-3 years preferred. F&B: Hotel Bar/Restaurant Event Space Café Executive Lounge
